James & Kim got married a couple of months ago in the gorgeous town of St Andrews at one of my favourite venues - the university's St Salvator's Chapel. Their reception was at the Hotel du Vin just along the road with photographs on the beach and at the bandstand in between.
There is so much I could say about this wedding, but I'll keep it brief, and let the photographs speak for themselves. I will say this though - I was genuinely impressed with how organised they were and how well the day ran even while including their One-year-old daughter in as much as they could. Having small children myself, I know this was no mean feat.
I was delighted to start the day off with the guys, getting a few photographs with them around St Andrews. The three men later shared the best man speech slot, and had people in tears of laughter. A great bunch. Then on to spend the rest of the morning with the women - what a wonderful team of bridesmaids Kim had - always ready to help out, encourage, reassure and support in any way they could.
With red and blush colours in their flowers and bridal party attire, James & Kim also had a Chinese New Year theme running through their reception - table flowers in dim sum baskets? Genius!
Their wedding was such a happy day - as I'm sure you'll see. If these images don't convince you, their first dance was to Paulo Nutini's Pencil Full Of Lead. Says it all.
